We offer document processing in three main categories:

  • an escalating service option

  • single task option

  • complete backlog clearance

Escalating Services

Each tier of service has a fixed number of documents that will be delivered. This transparency and guaranteed work outcome allows you to budget more precisely and consider unit costs more clearly.

Need more flexibility?

If you need support with one particular subset of tasks or an individual task, i.e. QOF coding only without triage or filing, then we offer bespoke single task contracts. The price is calculated, per document, based on your exact needs and this is a quantity based invoice - you are only ever charged for work that has been delivered to your standards.

Backlog Building Up?

Do you have a backlog of documents that needs to be cleared?

Any letters older than 3 months ago, we classify as a backlog.

These typically have a lower unit cost compared to our regular document processing services as they generally require less actions to be implemented.

Our Process

Our coding team is GP-Led and as such no work is ever handed back to the practice. All clinical queries arising from documents are dealt with in house.
